Q: Why is my server down?
A: Ether there is a power outage or you have not paid for your server. Please call us for help. (If you are a Halo CE server, you have sent to many commands at once and jamed the server.)

Q: How do I use the Halo/Halo CE Admin Console?
A: Check the "Supports Videos" page for help, we will soon be adding a video on that.
Q: Why am I getting billed $5 for a paper bill?
A: We are striving to go green, and that means NO TREE CUTTING!!! By sending a paper bill, we have to waist money on postage stamps and paper... Please subscribe to paperless billing. Then you bill will be sent to your e-mail and will eliminate the Paper Bill Fee :) ***NOTE*** All past due accounts automaticly gets switched to a paper bill to make sure that you are getting them.
