Legal information
This is the terms of service we use at our company. We also uphold all of California's laws as our main law system. The sales tax is also set as California's Sales tax. The current sales tax amount is 8.95%.
Service guarantee and policy
Our service is on 24/7 unless there is a black-out or an "act of God". All of our servers include built in security and a global banlist to help protect all of our servers, in this way we do not waist our time fixing the servers everyday (and it saves your time too). The rules are as follows.
Guests:
1. Do not spam any servers or use hacks in them.
2. Please respect all Server Quary Admins. (In TS3, they have a red "S". In Halo, they are a level 10 Admin).
3. Please respect all Server Admins. (In TS3, they have a gray "S". In halo, they have a levle 1 Admin)
Server Renters:
1. Same rules as Guests
2. All invoices are to be paid by the 15 of that month.
3. You must pay fo the first month of service. You may cancel your service at anytime after the first month, but you will be charged a $10 unregistration fee until 6 months worth of payment.
4. There is a non-payment charge of $10 for each month not paid for.
Privacy policy
All information recevied are stored in a password protected hard-drive in a desktop computer. This information will not be sold, given, or otherwise transfered to any other person not being the Technology Administrator of the company or the client to which the information belongs to.

By entering this site and/or our servers, you agree to all of these rules and conditions.
Failure to follow these rules will result in one of the following:
Kick from server
Ban from server
Server Suspension
All illegal activity will be reported to the local Police Department (P.D.). All Pracy is illegal and will be reported to the local P.D. and the Microsoft Anti-Piracy Department. Hacking will result in a permanent removal from all of the hosting company's servers and a $1,000 fine.
In case of emergency, call 911 in the United States.
